Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or arelevant field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years managing software development teams.
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, to deliver solutions.
• Experience in all scrum ceremonies.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Conversational English.
