Role Overview
We're looking for a Mid Product Data Analyst to join our Players tribe. You will own the analytics for a product domain end-to-end: from governing the tracking that captures user behaviour, to running the analyses that shape what gets built next. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to make sure every key decision is grounded in data, not intuition.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement event tracking to capture user interactions and behaviour within your product domain.
- Govern tracking quality: validate that events are firing correctly, maintain the Gold Standard event set, and keep tracking debt under control.
- Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor) to accelerate analytical work; validate AI‑assisted output for accuracy and business context before it influences decisions.
