- 4+ years of SaaS Sales experience
- 1+ years of Event Industry experience
- Skilled in sales basics for Discovery and Negotiation
- History of achieving sales targets in a rapid‑paced, high‑velocity sales environment
- Exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Exceptional comfort while speaking on the phone/ video conference
- Persistent, optimistic & charismatic!
- Fluent in English. Any other languages (especially Spanish) would be appreciated!
- Eager to adapt to new tools and workflows as well as suggest improvements
- Startup mindset – ready to learn and initiate quickly
- Open‑minded, embraces changes to processes
