Responsibilities
- Assist with and execute deployment of enterprise network infrastructure solutions
- Configure and support routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and VPN technologies
- Participate in network migrations, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure modernization projects
- Support staging, validation, and testing of customer solutions
- Participate in after-hours maintenance windows and production cutovers
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, and security issues
- Perform root cause analysis and assist with remediation planning
- Create and maintain implementation documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on network engineering or infrastructure support experience
- Experience supporting enterprise networking environments
