Overview
Our client, an engineering firm specializing in renewable energy, water, and environmental solutions, is seeking a Mid‑Level Hydrotechnical Engineer to conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, numerical modeling, and design of hydraulic structures, dams, and fish passage facilities. The role supports floodplain mapping, dam safety assessments, and water infrastructure projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction. Candidates should have 4–6 years of hydrotechnical engineering experience, P.Eng. registration (or ability to obtain it), and proficiency with HEC‑RAS, HEC‑HMS, and hydraulic modeling applications. This full‑time position is open to candidates located in Peterborough, Ontario; Halifax, Nova Scotia; or Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Pay Range
$95,000 - $112,000 CAN
