Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic finance partner for business area and back-office managers
- Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
- Develop ad‑hoc analyses and financial models to inform decision‑making
- Design and optimize FP&A processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Controllership or Corporate Finance
- Experience with budgeting processes
- Advanced Excel and familiarity with BI tools
- Clear and effective communication
- Business‑oriented analytical skills
- Proactive, autonomous and results‑oriented
