Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, partnerships, and others)
- Perform legal analysis of contract drafts, identifying risks and proposing improvements
- Issue legal opinions that are concise and business-oriented
- Lead contractual negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Manage the contract lifecycle (drafting, execution, amendments, renewal, and termination)
- Support internal teams in structuring contractual requests and interpreting clauses
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and response deadlines
- Participate in standardizing contracts and developing templates
- Support continuous improvement of contract department processes and workflows
