Microsoft Systems Administrator

Audubon is currently seeking an Microsoft Systems Administrator to join our team in our Bogotá, Colombia Office. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft enterprise infrastructure in hybrid environments, combining Azure cloud services with on‑premises Windows Server infrastructure. Responsibilities include administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure resources, virtualization platforms, and core infrastructure services while ensuring system stability, security, and high availability. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, day‑to‑day administration of Microsoft enterprise technologies, and adherence to established security and compliance standards to support a reliable and secure environment.
