We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Technical Business Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business requirement workshops and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and create BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
Configure and support Dynamics 365 solutions aligned to business requirements
Collaborate with developers on customizations, integrations, APIs, and data migration activities
Drive process improvements and automation using Power Apps and Power Automate
Manage UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and business sign-off
Support Agile delivery including backlog management, sprint planning, and release activities
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
