Systems Ltd looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant (On-Premise) having experience with Dynamics CRM implementation used for Customer Service and Case Management. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional and technical expertise, hands-on support experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to ensure system stability, optimization, and continuous improvement.

• Provide end-to-end support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premise) focused on Customer Service and Case Management modules.
