Key Responsibilities
- Support implementations of D365 F&O Finance modules
- Gather, analyze business processes to improve operational efficiency
- Implement core finance modules: General Ledger, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, CRP, UAT, User Training, and Post Go-live support
- Handle L2 & L3 support tickets and troubleshoot financial module issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide tailored finance solutions
- Configure security roles, perform data migrations, and validate end-to-end setups
- Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and test scripts
- Ensure business acceptance through solution and unit testing
- Provide ongoing support and system enhancements
