Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementations of D365 F&O Finance modules

• Gather, analyze business processes to improve operational efficiency

• Implement core finance modules: General Ledger, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets

• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, CRP, UAT, User Training, and Post Go-live support

• Handle L2 & L3 support tickets and troubleshoot financial module issues

• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide tailored finance solutions

• Configure security roles, perform data migrations, and validate end-to-end setups

• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and test scripts
