Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Implementation

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Implementation Specialist for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia. Our client is a US-based company that partners with food businesses to meet evolving consumer demands. The client is currently working with a Microsoft-provided partner and is evaluating alternatives. They recently completed a cloud migration and multi-country ERP consolidation and are now focused on platform enhancements and technical debt reduction. It is a nearshore/offshore engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong understanding of X++ development (non‑negotiable).
• Experience delivering ERP enhancements in a large, multi‑team environment.
• Familiarity with custom app rationalization and managing technical debt.
