Microsoft Cloud Engineer — Azure & 365 (Night Shift)

Zones IT Solutions is seeking a Cloud Technical Specialist to provide expert technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure. You will assist partners and customers, troubleshoot identity issues, manage Azure environments, and ensure SLA targets are met.

You will collaborate with Microsoft and internal teams, stay current with licensing programs, and adapt to rotating shifts (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PK Time).
