Microsoft Ai & Powerplatform Expert (Copilot) – Zapopan

We are looking for a Microsoft expert who can combine hands‑on development with strong citizen enablement and AI‑driven solution design, supporting both Power Platform and Copilot Studio ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Support and enable Citizen Developers, especially in:

• Copilot Studio (AI agents/copilots/conversational solutions)
• Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate)

Act as coach and mentor for the community, promoting best practices, reusable assets, and scalable solutions.

Ensure quality through:

• Defined quality gates
• Support troubleshooting and problem resolution across platform and architecture layers
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve services and accelerate adoption

Qualifications

Required:

• Willing to assist to the office in Zapopan, Jalisco. At least 3 times per week.
