Microfinance Loan Officer – Growth & Credit Champion

BDO Unibank is seeking a motivated professional to achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitability and sound credit quality. The role involves soliciting microfinance loan accounts, assessing applicants, and coordinating processing and servicing of loans.

The position requires a 4-year degree, strong selling and communication skills, basic math, and integrity. Familiarity with MS Word and Excel is a plus, and motorcycle driving is preferred where applicable.
