You will be the go-to expert for how biology powers our processes. The work you design will directly shape pilot plants, project decisions, andlong-term partnerships — not just papers and reports. A big part of the job is turning microbial behaviour into clear numbers that engineers anddecision-makers can act on.

What you'll do

• Design microbial mixes and operating conditions that turn tough feeds into usable metals and products.
• Create and run experiments that give clear numeric answers on rates, stability, and limits (for example how fast, how robust, under whichconditions).
• Turn cell counts, rate curves, genomics, and operating envelopes into simple parameters engineers can plug into process models and pilotdes...
