Microbiology Laboratory Manager Job Summary We are seeking a Microbiology Laboratory Manager to oversee all Microbiology activities in the laboratory and Compounding facility. The role involves ensuring compliance with local guidelines and global requirements, managing staff performance, maintaining quality control, and initiating improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Manage routine testing and communication of results promptly. Develop systems for ordering consumables and maintaining necessary stock levels.
