MICE Team Lead - Growth, Coaching & Strategy

Perk is seeking a MICE Team Manager for a 12-month FTC to lead a team of specialists in Barcelona. This role focuses on skill development, achieving sales goals, and overseeing performance analysis. Ideal candidates will have proven leadership experience and an excellent understanding of the MICE value proposition. You must be based near our hubs as this role requires in-person collaboration three days a week.
