• Manage a team of 6-8 Senior MICE specialists
  
• Conduct weekly 121s with the team to ensure continued success in target achievement
  
• Setup monthly development objectives for the sales team – develop specific training sessions based on needs.
  
• Coach & mentor a world‑class Sales team: onboard and train new salespeople;
  have a strong focus on constant skill development of the MICE team.
  
• Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of Perk products to provide mentorship for your MICE team confidently.
