Mgr Ii Manufacturing Engineering

Develops organization to support operational strategy, defines and implements operational plans for manufacturing engineering function.
**Job Requirements****ACTIVITIES**:- Make decisions to ensure that the final product meets the most current customer input requirements.
- Leads a multidisciplinary engineering team to design, develop and implement new products that meet customer requirements.
- Authorize and / or justify purchases for the acquisition of equipment, machinery, tools, materials, etc., necessary for the development of new products and / or models.
- Manage all your staff a burden to carry out their activities in an efficient, effective and at a lower cost, maximizing the budget to meet the objectives set.
- Participates in continuous improvement and advises all departments on situations of technical conflict for the resolution of engineering problems.
