Process leader for stamping, molding or assembly related topics, ensuring the processes are running at optimum levels for quality and output.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement Headers, Connectors, HEMS & Contactors manufacturing engineering strategy to establish operations as a competitive advantage; lead Engineering team to meet and exceed KPIs of the manufacturing area.
- Lead strategy to improve equipment safety, performance, OEE, PFMEA robustness, COPQ reduction, and safety between other KPIs.
- Support current and new product and processes within the Engineering Organization; lead process continuous improvement; responsible for Lean / TEOA tools related to the Engineering function.
- Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequences and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies; optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency.
