- Support Manufacturing Tech refresh integral program and IPI launches.
- Prepare X+Y monthly manual forecast inputs.
- Be in contact with both teams to be provided input from the PDO Teams.
- Follow up with PDO teams on PR/PO/RFQ action items.
- Work with relevant teams and report back to the team with all required details.
- Follow up with JV plants for ITSA and vendor PO action items.
- Be in contact with program stake holders to follow up cost estimations and quotes.
- Work with ITBO sourcing team to submit TR Program purchase orders.
- Work with the IPI team to submit purchase orders needed.Manage the IPI budget by project with the IPI team.
- Prepare yearly expense forecast and monthly follow up.
- Complete MCRP's, administer AFRs.
- Consolidate monthly metrics to support forecast deck.
