What is a Sales Agent?
We are looking for a passionate salesperson who thrives on changing lives for the better or a recent Matriculant eager to start a career in financial services.
Role Description / Key Performance Areas
Sales agents are responsible for building and maintaining their own client base, marketing and selling Old Mutual products, and contributing to the financial well‑being of the community.
What do we need from you?
- A grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- A clear credit and criminal record
- 6‑12 months sales/retail experience is advantageous but not essential
- Proven digital literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
