Mex Business Unit Manager (Tijuana)

Position Summary
This role ensures the unit achieves its financial, operational and strategic objectives by overseeing daily operations, driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role combines commercial leadership, technical knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, and cross‑functional management (customer service, Supply chain, HR, import & export, Finance, Lean, Facilities, Tooling, engineering, quality, operations, EHS, Lean).

• Responsible for the financial performance through solid or dotted line responsibility for Operations, Production Engineering and facility management.
• Own P&L; for the business unit; develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue, margin and market‑share targets.
