DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review the measurement/ testing requirement and method for new drawing.
- Create MSOP for New Product Introduction and existing products.
- Train Technicians/Inspectors on the use of the measurement/testing equipment and established MSOP.
- Maintain and calibrate the measurement/test equipment as per ISO 17025 requirements.
- Design and fabricate a jig for measurement/test purposes.
- Source, review, and recommend new measurement/test equipment.
- Perform MSA – GRR and correlation (Internal and external with customer).
- FA measurement
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Material / QA Engineering or with relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge & experience in GD&T as per ASME Y14.5.
- Practical knowledge of OMM and CMM. Able to do programming.
- Min 2 years working experiences in similar capacity.
