Job Description

• Generate reports as per the Methods Engineering defined KPIs; Creation and update of work instructions (OWS/JBS) as per BOM reference and released ECO/CN;
• Serve as first call line support to process-related issues such as label printer and monitor troubleshooting, torque sequence programming, workstation maintenance, jigs, and other Methods’ line items;
• Perform validation of jigs and tools for the up-to-date status and functionality;
• Track and monitor inventory of torque drivers, jigs and fixtures, printers and monitors;
• Collaborate with other cross functional teams to support and deliver production requirement;
• Endorsement to production and creation of accountability form for new line items; Proactively propose improvements on standard work process, department methodologies that will improve efficiency and team’ productivity;
