Meter Reader (Temporary)

Bluewater Power Services Corporation is a progressive local Services company providing electrical service to over 35,000 customers in the City of Sarnia (a community located along the beautiful shores of Lake Huron) and surrounding area.

This is a temporary, full-time, union position.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary diploma in a related discipline from an accredited educational institution or equivalent experience
• Ability to become proficient with all utility meter reading equipment (i.e. Itron Temetra, Versa-Probe, Honeywell Handheld)
• Basic computer skills
• Good public relations skills with fellow employees, customers and the public are essential
• Industrial Safety Training required for access to prescribed general service locations
• Must have the ability to work on their own and follow all company safety rules, policies and procedures
