Metals & Minerals Lab Lead & Compliance Manager

SupportFinity™ is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Metals & Minerals Laboratory to oversee daily operations, ensure quality, and maintain compliance. The role requires extensive metallurgical testing knowledge, leadership, and hands-on management of instrumentation such as XRF, ICP and AAS with LIMS systems.

You will guide a technical team, manage budgets and audits, and drive improvements in testing capabilities while ensuring timely, accurate results and client satisfaction.
