Responsibilities
- Run general errands, including bill payment, bank transactions, package pickup/delivery, and small ATM parts or documents.
- Deliver items and pick up items for the correct recipient.
- Clarify scheduled and anticipated deliveries/errands before each shift begins.
- Fetch, check, and sign for parcels at their respective collection points.
- Assist in purchasing office supplies and groceries.
- Maintain the office, including:
- Keeping facilities and common areas clean.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Collecting and disposing of trash.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
