JOB DESCRIPTION Typically, the Messaging Services Advisor is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Microsoft SharePoint and One Drive. Additionally, should have proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 within Unified Messaging and Communication. Good understanding and knowledge on Boundary Services, Relay server management, Ironport & Archiving solutions and Microsoft Teams. Advice on support and maintenance of the Microsoft Office 365 Advises team in the maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification and updation of Messaging software systems.
