Messaging & Collaboration Engineer (M365)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Messaging & Collaboration Engineer with strong expertise in SharePoint and SQL Server administration. This role is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and reliable collaboration services across on‑premises, hybrid, and Microsoft365 environments.

Key Responsibilities

• SharePoint Administration:Manage and maintain SharePoint farms and site collections, perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management, define and enforce governance policies and best practices, support hybrid integration with Microsoft365 services, troubleshoot issues across the SharePoint architecture.
• SQL Server Management:Administer SQL Server environments supporting SharePoint and other applications, monitor and optimize database performance and resource utilization, manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies, implement HA and DR solutions, perform capacity planning and database maintenance.
