Responsibilities
- Support MES implementation and deployment activities, including system configuration, testing, and setup of related hardware and equipment.
- Provide MES operational support and maintenance to ensure stable production and business continuity through troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Drive MES optimization initiatives by gathering user requirements, enhancing system features, and supporting process improvements.
- Integrate MES with ERP/SAP, automation systems, and other business applications while supporting system design and data flow requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related operational issues.
- Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions to enhance system adoption and improve manufacturing capabilities.
