MES Business Readiness Lead / Programme Manager

We are looking for an experienced MES Business Readiness Lead / Programme Manager to support a long-term MES deployment programme for a client based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland .

This role will focus on leading programme management activities, ensuring operational readiness, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting successful MES deployment across the business.

The position is ideal for someone with strong programme/project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and ideally exposure to manufacturing, MES, GMP, regulated environments, or similar complex transformation programmes.

Working model: Hybrid — 3 days on-site / 2 days remote

Contract: 1 year + long-term extensions

Rate: Flexible, depending on experience
