**About the Role**
As the Merchant Growth Project Specialist, you will have a meaningful role in making our Merchant Partners experience a magnificent one, since they sign up until they are ready to succeed as UberEats partners!
This position is responsible for supporting the management of the operations and all process development related to it.
You will take a data, sales and a process-driven approach to support the decisions regarding how to manage a third party operation (BPO), along with the Vendor Management team, to ensure not only high efficiency but also great customer experience from our new partners.
By being the first point of contact with BPOs, you will help define and document sales processes and policies, identify and action continuous opportunities and provide insights for strategic decision making.
