- Coordinate merchant onboarding activities, including documentation review, account configuration, and onboarding support.
- Provide operational assistance and address basic merchant-related requests.
- Track onboarding milestones and monitor merchant activation progress.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates within internal systems.
- Adhere to operational procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Identify and escape issues to appropriate stakeholders.
- Prior related working experience
- Min Diploma in Education
- Comfortable with rotating shifts once a month
