**About the Role**
Uber Eats is looking for an Operations Coordinator in Mexico.
The mission of the Merchant Operations team is to make Uber Eats the preferred delivery platform for eaters by ensuring seamless merchant operations.
In this role, you will create tools and scalable processes to support local teams in achieving targets for an exceptional user experience.
You will collaborate daily with Territory Leads and Account Managers to drive initiatives forward and develop a deep understanding of key brands, using insights to create actionable strategies that make every delivery a memorable experience.
**What You'll Do**
- Work closely with commercial teams to identify key operational opportunities to reduce defects and improve merchant performance
- Develop scalable processes that enable merchant education and ensure operational excellence
- Evaluate trade-offs between different strategies to build long-term eater loyalty and merchant preference
