Merchant Growth & Strategy Associate

Shopee Malaysia is seeking a Performance Management professional to oversee merchant investments and drive opportunities in Kuala Lumpur. You will track dashboards, identify gaps, and lead end-to-end initiatives from concept to planning, coordinating cross-functional teams to expand the business.

You will analyze proprietary data to derive insights on merchant behavior, present findings to senior management, and manage reporting and performance monitoring.
