The successful candidate will support the Merchant Business Team in managing and enhancing NETS’ suite of products. This role focuses on product research, analysis, and documentation, contributing to informed product decisions and continuous improvement across the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Product Research & Analysis- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify product opportunities, emerging trends, and strategic insights
- Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and operational metrics to uncover pain points, trends, and areas for improvement
