Responsibilities
- Develops, sets and leads the team’s overall strategy in tapping merchant partners in alignment with the company’s strategies and imperatives.
- Conducts internal and external research by gathering data via on‑ground immersion, networking and table‑top research.
- Manages and guides account managers in the operations and acquisition strategies of Merchant Acquisition & Management.
- Influences the improvement of sales and after‑sales processes to best serve the customer through a fast, simple, and nimble operation balanced with the right governance.
- Initiates and develops partner hitlist and plan through market and opportunity sizing.
- Leads day‑to‑day handling and management of partners.
- Oversees, leads and shapes the Merchant Acquisition organization by putting in place talents and succession plans for continuous seamless execution.
