JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for supporting the Merchandising team in managing the business strategy for the LATAM Boutiques.
Main responsibilities include reporting and recaps, supporting the buying process, product tool creation, competitive market analysis, allocation, and distribution of merchandising in accordance with total company vision.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Merchandising Functions - Review and complete weekly sales reports: Generate a variety of Excel based reports; store and business recaps, ensure tracking to sales targets - Manage and follow up daily on product shipping and deliveries - Communicate and partner closely with Retail teams to manage day to day product inquiries and present weekly business updates on Retail calls - Participate and share new ideas to drive business strategy - Assist with bi-monthly stock rebalances to maximize sales and sell-thru - Analyze the Leather Goods market monthly and prepare comprehensive recaps on competitive ...
