Behind every store, every shelf, and every campaign sits a single question: what do we put in front of the customer, and why? That's the question this role owns. As Global Head of Merchandising, you'll own the product story end to end — the assortment, the categories, the pricing, the planning, and the commercial outcomes — across every market we operate in. You'll decide what wins on the wall, what scales across countries, and what makes a Lenskart range feel both globally consistent and locally irresistible. This is one of the most influential commercial seats in the company: equal parts creative instinct and hard numbers, equal parts global standard-setting and local nuance.
