Responsibilities

1. Product Planning & Strategy

• Develop merchandising plans based on sales data, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Identify high-performing and low-performing products and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to plan seasonal assortments and promotional activities.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels to avoid overstock and stock outs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and store teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Forecast inventory needs using historical data and upcoming events or trends.

3. Visual Merchandising (if in-store)

• Create appealing product displays that follow brand guidelines.
