Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Open To Buy (OTB) Plan.
- Control stock holding at specific months and percentages.
- Take charge of inventory forecast for basic SKUs and promotional SKUs.
- Monitor weekly and monthly sales and stock forecast to ensure optimum stock levels are maintained.
- Liaise with logistics/4PL department on shipping schedule and monitor and track the arrival of goods shipments.
- Implement corrective measures for slow moving merchandise.
- Identify and maximize sales of fast‑selling items by taking corrective actions.
- Monitor and implement effective inventory control.
- Manage aging and stock turn.
- Take charge of stock allocation.
- Prepare and review inventory turnover ratio reports.
- Monitor leftover promo stocks or nearly expired stocks and initiate clearance plans.
- Identify problems and propose improvement plans.
