Responsibilities
- Sales Performance Management – Monitor weekly/monthly sales vs. targets, identify gaps, and support merchandising, promotions, pricing, and campaign rollouts to improve sell-through.
- Inventory Planning & Control – Maintain ~3 months inventory coverage, monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure proper allocation with supply chain and warehouse teams.
- Aging Inventory Management – Track aging ratios, identify slow- and non-moving SKUs, and implement markdowns, promotions, bundling, or redistribution strategies.
- Data Monitoring & Reporting – Prepare accurate sales, inventory, and aging reports; analyze sell-through, turnover, and trends; and provide actionable insights.
- Channel Coordination – Work with channel partners to ensure correct assortment, availability, merchandising compliance, and support for launches and seasonal rollouts.
