About the role:
As a Merchandise Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting 3 Category Managers to deliver beautifully curated ranges to market. You’ll manage product data, coordinate suppliers, analyse sales and stock performance, and ensure our products are launched accurately and on time. This is a hands‑on, office‑based role working closely with Category Managers, Planners, Marketing and Shipping.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Data Management — Set up and maintain accurate product information, pricing and SKU attributes.
- Range Coordination — Support seasonal range builds, line reviews, and product onboarding across homewares categories.
- Reporting & Analysis — Weekly sales, stock, and inventory (WSSI) and margin reports using pivot tables and VLOOKUP to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
