Responsibilities
- Develop detailed MEP HVAC drawings and schematics from design concepts ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes.
- Create precise 2D and 3D models of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems using CAD software accurately representing equipment, ductwork and piping layouts.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to integrate MEP HVAC designs into overall architectural and structural plans resolving clashes proactively.
- Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings and as-built drawings meticulously documenting all installation details and modifications.
Qualifications
- Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hold a professional certification in CAD drafting (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) relevant to MEP/HVAC.
