Job Summary
The MEPF Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) works on construction projects. The position ensures that all MEPF installations comply with approved plans, project specifications, applicable codes, safety regulations, quality standards, and project schedules while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Review and interpret MEPF plans, drawings, specifications, and contract documents before implementation.
2. Supervise daily MEPF installation works, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems.
3. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
