Job Purpose
MEP Maintenance Supervisor with Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the related field either in construction or maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Understand and implement the company safety policies and procedures as described in the Dulsco integrated management system.
- Be accountable and responsible for duties as described in the HSE roles and responsibilities document of IMS.
- Work with Compliance Manager to develop and update EPS Policies and Procedures.
- Identify and assess risk for the department on routine and project operations.
- Prepare EPS Audit, reply on audit remarks and incorporate audit comments on policies and procedures.
- Review, update, and edit risk register on routine for relevance.
- Allocate and schedule manpower for job execution, brief job tasks, conduct toolbox talks, and share risk assessment.
