As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will manage all commercial and financial aspects of high-value, mission-critical projects from inception to completion. Lead MEP cost management, subcontractor procurement, budget forecasting, and contractual risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Leadership: Manage cost planning, cash flows, and monthly commercial reports to ensure budget adherence.
